LinkBacks , How do they benefit my boards?

Can anybody please tell me how benefiting are them?

Because I receive them from Twitter Mainly and I validate them.

Any answers?

 

The more links you have, the more important google thinks your site is.

 

Linkbacks = incoming links to your forums

Incoming links to your forums = good

This means more human traffic to your forums, and it helps search engine listings. Linkbacks don't typically have the same negative stigma that link exchanges do because linkbacks are more relevant than random link exchanges
