Changing font families

For my revamped site, I switched from Verdana to Arial. A pleasant change, I must say

Anyone ever changed it too or never bothered thinking about it?

 

How does it look? I'd like to see it in action.

 

That skin isn't publicly accessible yet, but I like the more compact look and less stretched letters.
The fact that I've been using Verdana since 2006 may affect my opinion too
