How can I make the names of sub-forums under the name of the forum like here in AA

I just want to make my sub-forums appear under the name of the forum like here :-

Ex:-

Community/Forum Software (14 Viewing)
Discuss your preferred forum and community software platforms.
vBulletin
IPB
MyBB
phpBB
SMF

I just want to make my sub-forums appear like the vbulletin, MyBB, phpBB and SMF .. Any ideas?

I make the depth 5, But nothing appeared too.

Bingo. We're also using the CYB - Sub-forum Manager add-on.
