I know that vBookie has been around for awhile and the last version for the 3.x series was good through 3.6x only. vBookie for vBulletin 3.5 - vBulletin.org Forum And, there was a version put out for vB4.0 as well. But, does anyone know of a version that is working for 3.8x?
Yes - there was a ported version that was done and released for vBulletin 3.8.x right out of the box, it was on the vb.org for about two days before andreas removed it because the guy did not have permission to re-code it. Even though he left all the contributors stuff in there. I was lucky enough to download it before it all happened though.
The 3.5 version will work on 3.8 if you apply certain patches / changes (one of which I did) - they are all in the later part of the thread I believe. Interesting, I dont remember this, but I searched the whole site and did eventually find the report.
Yeah it's a shame - it worked brilliantly out of the box no need for patches etc. The funny thing was I was upgrading it and had permission to release it and then the day I went to this one popped up.
