If anybody can help me please do, thank you.

I'd contact your new host as this happened as a result of the move most likely.

Well the vBulletin ACP in that content area is all iframes? Since the URL doesnt change, So I'd assume your browser or host doesn't support iframes.

I cant be 100% sure on that though.

It could be your settings? Is it set to the correct settings like 666, 644, 777 or whatever they are supposed to be?

    Use legal vBulletin.

I've seen "nulled" copies before. They don't have the copyright text at the bottom of the admincp linked, nor do they have the "Latest version available: 3.8.4 Patch Level 2" in the middle of the top bar.

Here's an example of a LEGAL vB AdminCP, I've highlighted the telltale areas which yours doesn't have. ;)

^Erm... what? His screenshot does have the bottom copyright text, and some people do remove call backs purely to reduce server resource usage (I heard anyway).

Even if that is true (cmon, you'd have to edit the PHP files and this person, no offense to them, is having trouble changing settings), it still doesn't explain why there is no "Latest version available:" line, which is a callhome to the vBulletin servers and as such is removed by "Nullers". Suffice to say I don't just go handing accusations out like sweets, I am confident in my judgement.
