Anyway to count lines of a document in Pages or Word?

Hi all,

I'm working in some essays, but I have to place the lines count each 5 lines in the left side of the document. Does someone know if it's possible to make it automatically in either Pages (prefered ) or MS Word?

Thanks, I'll try that in another computer, since MS Word '08 seems to not have that feature >.>
