Your making a bad impression right off the bat.

Some of us take religion seriously.

 

A god isn't necessarily a worshiped deity that has anything to do with religion. A god could simply be a supernatural being, ruler of the universe.

If he were to say, "God is here", then it might be perceived as insensitive.

 

Seriously, no offence to anyone here, but I doubt many people on AdminAddict believe in the Greek pantheon of Gods in this day and age.

 

Some still might. There is many that believe in a variety of Gods and what they represent. I believe that there is always a higher being on the totem pole. As long as they leave me to do my thing I'm happy.

 

Not saying people don't believe in Gods, just the Greek myths haven't exactly gained popular support recently (although various still practiced religions obviously have multiple gods).

 

I agree with Nick; I wouldn't take umbrage to the topic's title - and I am very religious. Obviously this could be disputed, but since there are many such "gods" in the world, we could all be a "god", but not "God".
