What would be a good, reliable host for a site of the size of my own?

And don't answer 'dedicated server', because quite frankly, I do not have that amount of money, and with the site's topic, it'd be near impossible to make that amount.

Because my current host quite honestly sucks.

I have an anime site and a design site, but the design site is not open so these numbers will be according my anime site.

Were on a VPS with eukhost on a custom requested package hosted in the US instead of their usual UK based datacentres. We aint had any real problems at all If you chat with a salesperson you may be able to get the price down too!

Well, you could start this way. What sort of resources do you need space and bandwidth wise? Do you want root acccess (IE: a VPS) or would you be content in a stable shared environment?

 

Is it for a vBulletin forum? If so, check out URLJet. I have one of my most active forums there and have never had any downtime.
