Could get me out of these doubts? Upgrading vB to 4 is free, but if you would like the get the publishing suite, it's $160?

Edit: Nevermind, it's chaos. Buying a vB3 license ends up being more expensive then going with a new license unless you do not upgrade.

If you want the vB suite, yes. Upgrading to the vBulletin 4 forums will be free though. 4.0.0 Beta 3 is already available to everyone with active licenses.
