That is looking good,

I like the files that you added on top of the logo,

Would you be able to see how it would look with a relection under the text,, you could even align the logo so that it is in line with the bottom of the text, and reduce the size of the logo a little bit.

If you want to edit the logo like you did, feel free to come up with something different If you think you can make it look better.

can the background be all black, then I will try to find you another southern cross image that you can use as a different layer.
