I lurked for a few minutes before deciding to join, convinced that this forum is worthwhile after reading substantive posts, especially by 3Phase, from the first topic I browsed: "Annoying member - how do you handle?" My user name is from an obtainable item called "The Book of Mudora" in the Super Nintendo classic, The Legend of Zelda: A Link To The Past. You don't need to refer to me by my user name, however; just call me Kevin, if you prefer. I was born to a Filipino farmer and an Irish-American navy pilot. The former, my mom, moved here to America after marrying my dad, and shortly after — 16 September, 1987 — I was born in West Covina, California. I like collecting quotations, reading books (esp. history, history, and history), swimming, gardening, playing basketball and (American) football, and drinking tea (esp. the black variety). My favorite food is pizza. My favorite movie is Blade Runner. I like R&B (when I think R&B, I think old school singers like Tyrese, Brian McKnight, and Keith Sweat), Metal (e.g., Amon Amarth and In Flames), Rock (e.g., 30 Seconds To Mars and Incubus), and Instrumental (e.g., Hiromi Uehara, The American Dollar, and Explosions In The Sky). My three favorite songs at this moment are Brian McKnight's "Anytime," Musiq's "Love," and Brendan and Bear McCreary's cover of "All Along The Watchtower." I am a proud geek.
