Graphics for beginners




I really want to learn web graphics and create different things like logo's and stuff and then when i actually get somewhere start forum or homepage design..

Where did you learn or how did u pick it up, and do you have any tips?

Can also someone tell me how to get that Clear thing at the top of this button:

That clear thing? I have the PSD but that background image was pre made and in a single image format.

 

I have been thinking on making some articles about this...

 

I purchased paint shop pro because my friends were using it. I'm self-taught for the mostpart on PSP, tho I did hunt down tutorials to learn some special effects. The other softwares that I use are a combo of self-taught and tutorials.

 

FMB, some tutorials and/or articles would be AWESOME!

Cheers dude.....this is awesome. Have wanted to do this in the past but forgot all about these types of buttons till now...
