Someone to install some things

I am looking for someone to install:

• Wordpress
• A wordpress theme
• A free forum software

What I am doing is making a sports blog. I have found a team of writers already but what I would like si to also have a forum on the website. I do not want to use IPB or vbulletin since I have no idea how well this blog might work. But I'll use the best free forum software that you know of.

I will buy the domain and what ever else is needed and then I'll tell you all the info you need. Then I need you to install wordpress with a theme (that I pick). Once thats done I would like you to also install the free forum software and make a tab on the blog homepage for it. I'm willing to pay X amount. You just tell me how much money you would like for this job. Any other info can be given.
