Domain appraisal services?

    What are some good domain appraisal services? One of my sites, just died completely off due to not having time to market and promote it and I just want to get rid of it now, but since it has a high ranking premium domain (thats developed, just dead :D), I was hoping to get a good appraisal before putting it up for sale again.

    Swift Appraisal and Domain Appraisal are great and quite reputable.
