On my work computer, the install of Firefox 3.5.2 failed this morning, but no error message was given as to "why" it failed. I'll try again later today or tomorrow.

On my home computer, I have not tried to update yet.

No problems here but I didn't upgrade from 3.0. I never upgrade major versions of Firefox. Delete the old, delete the profile and install the new version on a new profile. Keeps the problems to a minimum.

I keep my bookmarks on xmarks.com so it is easy enough to sync them after upgrading.

I've upgraded and it may just be me, but my usuage hovers around 102,000k. Some AJAX functionality doesn't work properly for some reason, though it did before I did a fresh install with the same version of FireFox. So, I just said screw it and moved to Opera lol.

Haven't tried since I gave up on Firefox a long time ago. I'm sure it's slower, glitched, memory hungry, and has an even more wacky user interface.

It's actually faster, just as easy-to-use as always, and fixes a memory leak. :)

Firefox is notorious for having a huge memory leak.

But anyway, I'm glad to see all these problems with the fanboy browser. I'd imagine by FF5 it will be totally destroyed (something I've predicted since FF2) and worse than IE, and then it will split off and start over at v1 again and it will be the new things to bash MS with.

I'd also like to find some benchmarking tools, to put their claims to real world tests.
