What do feature do you wish MyBB had (that vB/IPB does)?

This has been requested by me personally in the development Trac, when I was on staff.

Pretty sure the general consensus on it was to put it off until 2.0, but I could be wrong. That was when MyBB 1.2 was in development.

I think MyBB would do well with the other template system enhancements that vBulletin has.

Not the variable registration system, but things like loops, datetime formatting, etc. etc.

 

I have to agree that would be the only thing I wish MyBB had. If they do add that I'd say I would be 100% satisfied .

 

You're not refering to vB 4, right? O.O And well, personally, I prefer MyBB's current templates system over vB's anyday. Maybe I'm just used to it, but anyways

 

Re-read my post.

I didn't say the template system, I said the features within the templates themselves. Such as Conditionals, Loops, Datetime Formatting, Math, etc. etc.

Not the Stylevar system, and not the variable registration system.
