    If you buy a vB 4.0 license you get access to the previous versions :)

    Thats a pretty big accusation there. Being as the seller does not send files but gives the login to vB.com where one downloads the files how can your accusation be true. If you are going to make statements like this you had better provide irrefutable facts in the matter. Given the number of people that have replied to this thread that they have successful dealings with the OP I'd say your accusation is false.
