News Systems

Hey all,
I didn't know what thread to put this in - I know this website is more for the community based websites but this question reaches out to those who also have a front end website.

I currently use CuteNews on my website and although it does what is needed I am certain there must be better software out there.

I run a sports website and have multiple categories - with categroy id's just to make it easier for people to know what they are about to read.

I was mainly wondering apart from CuteNews what other professional news/article software is out there for someone like me to use to post my own written news to my website - keep in mind I am talking about a website and not a portal etc for my forums so vbadvanced is out of the question.

I have looked into getting a news ssytem coded for my website but no one is interested in doing the work for me and i cant find anyone who can code what I want so have to revert to stuff already coded.

 

I recommend Wordpress since that is a very good software.

 

Wordpress is the easiest one. There's lot's of themes for it aswell.
