Infraction or Ban = No staff position?

You should always give members atleast one chance to redeem themselves.

 

Do you agree that it depends on the severity of the action though? Where do you draw the line in regards to not having a second chance?

 

I suppose. If they posted a meatspin or keylogger etc. I would rule them out.
