What social networks do you use for promotion?

What social networks do you use for promotion? Share your username if you like, let's do some networking here!

 

None (at the moment). I will, however, be giving Virb a try shortly - it looks promising!

 

ATM, only Twitter Tis for my anime site, I don't think neone would be interested.

But we will be making a youtube account.

I have a Viddyou which I was testing some Adobe after effect stuff and I was planning to post my tutorials there, they are one awesome site.

I just created an account on virb and I have a myspace profile. A link to my youtube account is in my profile.

 

Kevin, I'm glad to see that you created a profile there. They actually (just recently) revamped their entire interface and it's one of the more professional (visually) that I've seen.

It's different (and more professional when compared to many of the other social networking services) - its visual appearance is what first grabbed my attention and functionality-wise, it's quite flexible.

 

The style caught my attention, I'll be signing up in a bit~

some of them rarely, trying to delegate tasks so that it's not just me

 

I don't think anything these days will top Twitter (despite its uselessness) and/or Facebook. Although it can be difficult to integrate something like a forum with facebook, unless you use "Connect With Facebook"

I am using only one site for promotion and that is facebook....
just because huge number of user and have the button of like and feature of creating fan page are some reason for making facebook best site of social networks...

 

I dump a RSS feed to twitter. It brings 1 user every few months and seems to increase indexing for non-Google search engines (at least their bots hit me more often despite the no-follow). I also use Facebook but its mainly used since everyone who 'friends' me is already an active user.

 

To be very honest I never used it before, becasue I am not a big fan of social networking sites. I don't know why? But I like forums more than these social networking sites.....

Only use Twitter now, been down the road of trying other types of social networking sites but most are just hard work. I like Twitter because it's fast and easy to use, think that's the biggest appeal about using it for me. Post what's on your mind, or has happened that day in 10 seconds flat, even lets you upload images now. It's something you can jump-on and enjoy using in an instant!
