I think it'd be neat to see what type of communities all of our AA'ers manage, so tell us what your forum is about, and feel free to include a link. :)

    I'll go first:

    AdminAddict - well, I don't think I have to explain. :P

Lineolated Parakeet Forum - Community for lineolated parakeet enthusiasts. A lineolated parakeet is a pet parrot species. :)

the name says it all, the biggest parts of our board are about arcade games. on one side the arcade itself and forums for users, on the other for webmasters if because we provide all the games to download and support several platforms too.

another part is the usual fun, entertainment and smalltalk. the last one is our computer/internet section. most users only come to play or have fun and doesn't care about the tech stuff at all, but i keep this forums running, because i can write about things i really like and am interrested in.

Well Pisoga Reloaded is a site dedicated for what some of us know as Anime. Anime is a style of japanese animation in which the contents can be directed to Mature audience and such. The site is not open at the moment for the reason that we are building and organizing the site.

Soon to be the best anime site and forum out there for Anime lovers to join and share their likes and dislikes, ups and downs of their favorite series!

Not to mention, many Anime's are some popular video games like Devil May Cry and some games are made into anime like Disagea.

ZERO Fees to host a contest.

We also have available an option for designers to have a commerce store on the forum as well as show off some of their work in the forum in case a client would rather higher a designer instead of holding a contest.

    I run sports forums.

GoldHelmet.com, for example, is dedicated to Notre Dame.

I've always wanted to do a car forum but they seem so saturated.

Try localizing it (i.e. isolating it to one specific place). I've done this in the past (and am currently planning to do so again) and it has worked tremendously well.
