Have you ever had this problem?

Where you just keep coming up with ideas and buying domains and then never end up using them?

I have a few domains that I am not using and had grand ideas of what I wanted to do with them but never got it done. Now I have all the domains and nothing to show for it.


Say for example I have : Took A Break and I wanted to make that a forum for ones who can come hang and be themselves and not have to worry about being judged. Where anything goes pretty much so it would generally be for older crowd.

But it never got finished and I never got to get it off the ground.

How many times have you had ideas like this and never did get it going?

 

I've had that a few times with ideas, kinda got started then not done anything about it LOL

 

I think everyone has had this problem at least once, I know I have.

I purchased a few domains in hope to start a personal site, general discussion community, social network, etc. All of the domains expired and that was the end of that.

However, I am thinking about going back to my personal site/blog idea.

 

I've never been one to come up with good ideas, but I can imagine what it's like to have this problem.

Personally, I've found that I do best working on one project at a time, and dedicating everything I have to it all at once. I started my Linnie forum and it's been going strong for over a year. In the last few months, I've stopped visiting it as much and am now working full-time here on AA. I guess once this project is off the ground (probably in a year or more from now) then I may start something new.

I've come across and thought of some nice domains, but never buy them because I know I won't be doing anything with it anytime soon.

 

I have this problem and I have wasted so much money on domains that I never use But then again if you don't get the domains someone else might and then you will be sorry if it would have taken off with the project.

 

I have this problem, Mom. I get many ideas and I'm always so quick to register a domain when I think of one I like. Then I don't use it and it sits in my GoDaddy account for a year. Eh, whatever.

 

I could look at my GoDaddy account and shake my head right now but I'd rather not.

 

I have several ideas and a list of ones that I want to do. Not sure I'll do them all though.
