I get that the forum software is good, I've read/heard many complains about customer service and how they get treated in the forums. I have never had an issue with vB support.

Yes I still want it cause without vBulletin my communties wouldn't thrive. I have two licenses under me and I want to buy more. I'm saving up to get renewals too.
