How many new members do you get each day?

It can really vary; some days I get no new sign-ups, some days I get only trolls, and some days I'll get 15-20. Today is shaping up to be a good day, with 7 so far. About how many new members do you average each day?

 

On the Linnie Forum, I get 2-5. Some days more, some days less.

AA is totally inconsistent, so I couldn't tell you a number.

 

My main forum averages around 20 - 65 new members a day. With spikes as high as 80 - 95 in one day.

 

Setsou Design averages about 3-5 per day. However, some days we get no registrations.
Bird is the Word obtains about 1 new member per day. Recently, we haven't had any new registrations.

 

None, it's pretty randomly.

 

Some times 0, sometimes 2-3 but they never stick around, what i call 'spam' registers, register and do nothing.

 

200-600 per day averaging probably 280 right now. And a high percentage activate. I have had 68k signups and I delete unactivated accounts which has left me with about 43k members. Out of those 43k I believe I have about 50% with actual posts. Not too bad. I used to delete 0 post members but I stopped that practice last year.

While under a DDOS attack I changed my forum to be viewable by members only. This lasted for about 3 days and during that time I had 1000+ signups per day.

I only charge $5 per year. I am going to raise it soon though. I am making roughly $500 per month off subscribers.

I was thinking about joining HF.net; but I never hack, so, I have no reason to.

 

We average about 100 a day, but many of those users will register to download one particular show and then not return. However, when the first show for a big tour gets posted, we've had days where we have gotten several hundred users registering. No subscriptions or anything like that, so the numbers are just numbers to me, not income.

 

on the most active of my forums (whicih is also the newest) the average is 7. in the week we have been open, the most we have had is 20, and today it is 10pm and nobody has joined today maybe its cause the forum was running slow for about an hour earlier, or cause of our competitor promoting a lot on the main forum i get mine from.....first time i have had no new members although i still feel kinda happy that 21 members have been on today

 

Averaging about 25 a day lately. A third go through the intro process and get approved.

That's an idea I'm thinking about to keep it ad free. Right now it's all out of pocket for me
