    I'm Richard, and I found this site on Twitter from one of Nick's tweets. So far is looking pretty good, and I hope to learn some stuff on how to manage my community here.
    I'm 28, and live in Virginia, USA. Learning design in Photoshop, and I do a lot of freelance programming jobs (mostly in PHP). Glad to be here...:cool:
