Average range of activity?

the most active of the forums i am admin on (although its not the biggest) has had 9 members on today, which is pretty good seeing as we have 14 members. it ranges from about 6-12, although one day we had 14 (thats every member!). dont know how many posts a day we have had, but we were at 5000 posts on friday and have 5323 posts now (on sunday). omg thats pretty good

 

We see anywhere between 250-300 members visiting on a daily basis. Something like 5 new threads on a bad day and 15+ new threads on a good day. Hard to say how many new posts in a day off the top of my head, but I know the new posts page usually has 3 pages of threads on it if you haven't checked the forum in 12-18 hours.

i see about 40-50 members, 150 guests in a 24 hr period. Usually about 100-120 posts a day.

 

Usually average from 1-5 registrations a day, with about 1,000+ post being made on average.

 

After three and a half months of being in business:

Posts: 28,060
Members: 477 (soon to be 476 - **DELETES SPAMMER**)

For the first two months, I was seeing an average post count of around 425 per day, but that's tailored off recently a fair bit. From the start, I've said that as long as I can maintain about 100 posts per day on the site, for the first year, I'm happy! And we're doing much more than that at the moment!
