Personalized Admin CP Skins?

I don't use vBulletin - but - I manage two IPB and several MyBB boards and I always prefer using the default skin. I need some easy on the eyes and with simplicity in mind, to help me concentrate on my work.

I'm not going to lie, that's pretty awesome, especially if you're using WordPress integrated with your forum.

I have enough stuff to do, I really couldn't be bothered to tinker with the admin panel. The front end is what I care about. Unless it would actually make it more efficient, but that would require a complete restructuring...

You're right - it does look like OS X.

 

I don't see the point of them. Why waste the time to add one when you and your other administrators are the only ones that will be seeing it?

 

Well, for personal satisfaction.

 

Depending on who you are, it may make it more of a pleasure to work back there.

 

The same reason we (well, most of us) add custom and personalized desktop backgrounds and screensavers on our phones and computers, to name just a couple.

 

Ya, Well..That's your desktop. You see your desktop all day. I highly doubt that you are in your Admin CP as much as you see your desktop.

 

For some people, maybe they are.

Regardless, it doesn't mean they won't want it customized because they are not in there 100% of the time. I don't really ever see my desktop, but I see a hell of a lot of Safari, yet I still make sure to have a desktop that I love.

 

Ya, I understand where you are coming from, but in my point of view..I would not get a customized ACP Theme.
