    Hi

There is a time, when you have enough knowledge and experience, to make money out of it.

the most important thing is, having lots of contacts.

a friend of mine who is in my gaming clan, suggested me to a friend of his, for my good work as Admin and that stuff. A few weeks later, i started working as server- and forumadmin in his community, because the admin before me didnt have the time anymore.

so i get ~130€ every month for administrating a whole root-server where the domain + 1 vB Forum is running on.

    The Community exists since 2006
There are ~250.000 Posts, ~6000 Topics, ~2200 registered user
with an average of 10.000 posts per month.

the site is growing very fast, a few weeks after i started my work, we moved the forum from a hosting to the root-server.

    my question to you is,
did you make experience in working as Admin for money?
How much money did you get/did you wanted to have?
How much money can i ask for server-administration on this matter?

    for conversion from 130€ ~= 165$

I've never actually gotten payed to run a forum and administrate it, but that does sound awesome. What exactly does the site that you administrate deal with?

    Hi

Its a community about Extreme Cooling. Some members are in world toplist positions of extremcooling with liquid nitrogen and that sort of stuff.

many hardware shops and producer like asus, mushkin or ocx book advertises on the side, so it is a bit commercial, but is focused on the community.
