I've always found PayPal to be the best most reliable way to take and receive payments. I used PayPal for donations with HCNET and ended up banking about $15.
Most places online pay me with Paypal. In fact, it's one of the top deciding factors for whether or not I have dealings with a site. If a site owner (article website, affiliate program, etc.) is not willing to pay me for services with Paypal, then I just pack my things and move on. Currently, there's only ONE site that is sending me checks for surveys. And, I've only stayed with them cause it's so lucrative. If the money weren't good, I'd dump them and go to another site that offers the option of being paid by Paypal. Guess that's a round about way of saying that I use Paypal to get paid and then use my Business Paypal debit card to make local purchases and pay bills. I'm signed up for the cash back from Paypal program and that pays me back for every purchase I make. Most of my bills go through my Paypal account, backed up by my bank, just for that one reason. If I were going to pay someone for services, I would insist on sending money via Paypal cause it can be done in one or two simple clicks of the mouse. And, if something goes wrong, Paypal has proof of it all.
I have used Paypal maybe for 4 years now. It is world widely known payment service and therefore it is easy to pay and order products overseas. In addition, payments are instant which makes it even better whilst most of the bank transfers take at least one business day.
PayPal is my top priority in sending and receiving money from anywhere and on anything I do be it jobs online or getting money from other people and of course sending it out when I'm paying them for some sort of service or something, I trust PayPal because it is secure and easy to use along with having a Master Card Debit type card, you can use this card in any store and even when buying items online. I think PayPal is probably a more world wide use then anything else except for some foreign countries where they only have pay-safe or alert-pay, there are however countries also working on getting PayPal so I'm thinking they are realizing that it is probably one of the best systems to use for such things.
I use Paypal, because everyone uses Paypal. I'd prefer to use another payment processor, but Paypal is the #1 choice so I need Paypal whenever I'm dealing with clients.
Nothing is too bad about paypal. Everybody says that it steals their money, but in reality, Paypal is is just trying to protect our money from being stolen. I have been locked a few times, but those were mistakes on my part (logging on from a vacation)
