I have a few I always add, but I would like to see what you guys like to have integrated into your blog.

Here are the ones I currently have installed on my personal blog.

    After The Deadline
    Akismet
    All in One SEO Pack
    DBC Backup
    FD Feedburner Plugin
    Google XML Sitemaps
KB Linker <-- Very cool, check it out
    Smart Youtube
    Social Media Page
    StatPress <--- I use this a lot
    Twitter Widget Pro
    W3 Total Cache
    WP-EMail
    WP-Optimize
WPtouch iPhone Theme <-- I love this when it works

I'm always removing some stuff and trying other plugins out.

What plugins do you always add to your blogs?

Contact Form 7 - I really like this one it's really versatile, can make more than one form etc.

Askimet gets activated right after install of course.

Subscribe to Comments - Emails a commenter when there are new comments.

CommentLuv - Automatically links commenter last blog post based on URL entered. It's good but I have to figure out how to disable no follow.

Subscribe2 - Email subscriptions to new posts I'd really like to use feedburner and do away with this (as they do post to email) but I'm syndicated a couple of places and don't want to be bothered.

All In One SEO Pack - Awesome SEO options.

    XML Sitemaps - Self explanatory

WP DB Backup - Emails me a DB every morning

WP-Optimize : Cleans up revisions and optimizes the DB on demand.

I don't ALWAY add anything. Still new to blogging. I do appreciate all your idea though. I've already added several suggestions so far! Thanks everyone. Lookin' good (if I do say so myself).

Use the plugins only if you really required. avoid using the plugins which are not required. remove all the plugins which are not used, as it will slow down the performance of your site. just deactivating the plugins will not help. if you don't use it delete the plugin from your plugins directory.

Akismet, the Google sitemap, and TweetThis.

    Anything else is just fun.

Aye, thanks for the links Brandon!

Do you know if the Sociable plugin is compatible with the latest version of WP?

Akismet, wp super cache, contact form 7. I have ditched many 'theme related' plugins, since I know how to code my themes to have more features I need.
