    Our forum software has a built in feature that allows you to avoid seeing another member's posts. The ignore feature is limited in that if their post is quoted you will still see it. However it's helpful if there's someone you just cannot stand to read.

    Go to your User Control Panel and click Edit Ignore List, start typing the members name after 3 characters are typed a drop down box will pop down with a list of names. Click on the name then click okay.

    That's it your done.

    I would add one simple request Dan to those who choose to use this feature;

    If you decide to ignore someone and you see their quoted post somewhere else, remember that you chose to ignore them and resist the urge to "hit and run" by replying to any comments of someone you are supposed to be ignoring.

    Thank you.

    I don't plan on ever using this feature, but a good point was made. If you're going to ignore someone.....then do so.
