Seeking Forum Admin for humor/guy site

I'm looking for a Forum Admin to come in and help boost my forums Threads/Posts/Users activity. I'm not looking to pay to just have someone post on my forum. I need an actual Forum Admin that has a proven track record that can teach best practices, maintenance ect.... to keep a community healthy and growing.

Currently the forum has 20k posts and 2k members. Age 2 years old. IPB software.

Please PM me or leave a post with you credentials. To be considered you must have previous work and be able to prove your work. This position will be paid. Possibly even part ownership in the site depending on your experience/preference. I will PM you the link as I'm not posting it publicly.

I can volunteer to maintain the forum as I'm founder of fanbase (Royal ShikShin), a programmer and server admin. I think I can boost this forum and the same time promote forum.
