Dealing with troublemakers

How do you deal with people who make trouble on your forum? Do you ban them warn them ect?

 

i warn them first then if they do not stop its a permanent ban

 

It depends on that they did.. If they did something that either I or my staff has to clean up, then it is an instant ban.

 

It depends on the charges. Most of them time though it is temp ban then ban.

 

For me if I got to take time to clean up a mess the person will be instantly banned. no if's and's or but(t)'s! But if the user makes one minor mistake I will warn them or if they do it a lot I will suspended them for X amount of days.
