    Hey There,

    The BEST CMS that I know of, thats FREE of charge, is Wordpress, theres no denying it from my p.o.v. It's the BEST.

    Yea, the best free CMS is wordpress, highly customizable, and comes with such a huge plugin directory!

    What kind of site are you wanting to use this for? What is the base software for your site? Thats what you need to look at before you start looking.

    I don't think WP is a CMS. Well unless you install a bunch of addons.

    Joomla and Drupal are probably the better CMS's made.
