To do my graphic designing work I am currently using Photoshop CS5.1 Extended. It provides all the features I need in one-handy and extremely nifty program, which makes my work rate much higher than using standard software such as paint, And also makes my work easier and quicker compared to GIMP and such a like free graphic design programs which are not really that great to be honest.
I use Photoshop and gimp for my everyday stuff, The logo you see up there is designed in Gimp. I am not that much skilled when it comes to graphics, just a basic idea of colors and softwares and that is all.
If I need to modify a PSD to personalize a logo, the only way is through Photoshop. Otherwise, i stick to good old Paint. )
Photoshop for all that I do I also make all of my official letterheads for my company through photoshop... Makes my life easier when i just copy it over
Photoshop is good for everything, But Gimp has a plus point that it is open source and have as many features (+ expendable) as Photoshop.
Have you guys herd of Paint .net. Even tho this is a better version of Microsoft Paint. I still prefer Adobe Photoshop.
Yeah I have heard of that but did not really like it, in fact I like Microsoft Paint the new version in Windows 7 better. And I obviously prefer Photoshop over all of them.
How to make with photoshop may i have little knowledge and gufran let me know from where i can get gimp
Corel Paintshop ??? 8-> I heared the name first time, I have previously used Corel Draw, but never used Paintshop.
My netbook came with a bunch of spam programs/antivirus free trials and the like, and it came with the Corel word package. I feel they are just ripping off of real programs such as Word and Photoshop. I'd advise you to get the real thing instead.
