How do you create a unique idea for a forum?

    I'm not very good with ideas and I was wondering how to create a unique idea for a forum. As you know pretty much every topic has a forum of some sort. Creating a unique idea that no one has seen would definitely create a buzz for your forum!

    A unique idea for a community is having a mascot for it or something - something that makes your community unique over the others, ya know?
