When making a forum, the hard part is making the actual forums. But there are always the ones you use in every forum you have owned, which make the job easier. What I'm saying here is: everybody always re-uses some sections. What are these sections for you?

When I make a forum, I always include the stuff you see on every forum:
News, Suggestions, Questions, Introductions, and most of the time and Off-Topic section. Most of these are self explanatory for reasons, they are a need.

Every forum I like to see, I like to see the following forums at the top in the following order:
    -Announcements
    --Announcement Archive
    -Suggestions & Feedback
    --Feedback Archive
    -Introductions
    --Member Interviews

I really don't think that the Introductions deserve that kind of priority. I usually put them in my 'Other' category.

    Hmm.

Those are perhaps the two most important for me. Everything else is optional.

I disagree, welcoming your community and making them a top priority is a must for communities, moving it down I feel makes it look like you either don't care about new members or that you don't want them to welcome themselves (this was heavily discussed in a feedback thread a while back)

Some good points you bring up there. I'll take them into consideration if when I come up witha great idea for a forum.

Yeah pretty much the ones listed above. I usually have a place to share your site as members are always more likely to join and contribute if they can share their site.
