You dont have to be promotion forum to offer services if done right

 

What kind of services do you mean though? And I agree I plan to add services such forum software and mod installation services, but nothing what promotion forums offer.

Well I added my forum
Not sure what this does exactly. Does it boost page rank? Because I know many people won't just go there looking for sites, I'm not saying that some won't, but many don't.
