XenForo's Alerts feature

Well I don't know about you guys, but this is my favorite XenForo feature, its soo helpful. On other forum software you cant keep up with things, but on a xenforo forum you get these alerts of members quoting, liking your posts and what not.. has to be a very helpful feature for keeping up with discussions you participated in.

If I don't come on AdminBB for say at least 10-20 hours I have about 40+ alerts lol.. gotta love it

 

Yea it's an awesome feature, reminds me of the IPB in-line alerts feature only 10x smoother

 

You should see IPB 3.2 they have taken alot from XenForo lol.. yea its awesome!

 

I just love it, I love everything that xenforo has to offer. Its so social lol..

I noticed that as well. That's a compliment to xF and a good thing from IPB but as soon as I tried the new software it was immediately evident that they got some ideas from xF.

 

The alerts are definitely one of my favorite XenForo features. It makes it easy to find how people are responding to what you've done. It makes it so you don't have to go from thread-to-thread-to-thread to keep up with discussions. It also gives forums more of a "social feel" I guess you could say.

 

Yep, it just makes your foruming experience more fun and social on the forum where XenForo is being used.

 

Yep it is a good feature as you never miss anything important.

 

I highly agree with you. The alert system is a really feature, and it's something new that not many other forum softwares have.
