How often do you check your traffic?

I'm not sure, but I stopped using it years ago for Google Anaytics, its still on my server though. I just don't use it because I never found the stats to be so accurate. Remember, Webalizer?

 

Haha I can say I just used it once or twice, but Google Analytics does it for me.

What do you check specifically? Do you check the number of unique visitors, or what?

I usually chech Unique visitors

 

Everytime I get onto my cPanel.

 

I normally check it on a monthly basis.

However if members message me saying there has been an issue with the forums like today when there were a lot of members online I take a look at them more regularly to see if there has been an influx in traffic or people visiting the site.

 

Having alot of users online is a normal thing. Most likely its all spiders.

 

I check every 2 or 3 days, I am not worried as its at a steady pace.

 

I check Google Analytics just about everyday.

 

I check Google webmaster tools and Analytics every day. My website is new and I like to know how many new visitors I get per day and where they are coming from. Once the website starts to take off I will not check as often.

 

I check Analytics once a week, and I check Webmaster tools probably twice a month.

 

TimeStandStill, I use awstats as well as Google Analytics. Both work well. I usually tend to check my traffic changes at the end of each month so I can relate to the last months to see if it is going better or worse than what previously happen.

 

I usually check it every few days. I rarely check AWstats though - I don't like it. Webalizer is another one that I don't use it. I know Awstats produces more stats than Google Analytics does - has anyone else noticed that?

 

I check Google Analytics once or twice a week, just to keep track of how things are doing each month and possibly project out total pageviews for the month, or look at if pageviews are trending upward or downward.

 

Usually a couple times a week, but lately it has been daily. Mainly to check the visitor rate.

 

I check my traffic every week through AWStats.

 

How come you don't use Google Analytics?
