    Theres a small dot on the forumhome that seems out of place... Maybe it could be removed? :nod:

    Or mine. That spot is an impossibility to be there as a matter of fact. Sure it's not a fly on the screen? :)

    I used firefox for a brief time and things like table borders and text got deformed when I scrolled, maybe you are having the same problem.

    Everthing looks fine on aliensoup it is only that dot on the forumhome that is out of place but i guess its because of firefox. Only wanted to point it out incase it was overlooked but i understand that its a browser issue now. I can live with it :nod: its not a problem at all.

    Thanks for the report. :D Yeah, doesn't occur in Mozilla so probably just a temporary glitch in the current Firefox version.. Should report that over to the team!

    More Firefox weirdness...

    About 50% of the time, clicking on the quick reply button results in a Reply w/quote. The buttons also are not lined up properly, showing up towards the left of center of the message table, rather than being right justified like in IE.

    Have you got a screenshot of that? Not sure if that's my fault or vB's... :)

    Shows up fine in IE, so I don't think it's VB.

    Sorry for the image quality, but I had to keep the file size down and keep it big enough to see the problem.

    The "dot" appears only when you are logged in. I believe it's the table for the "Welcome to Alien Soup." box (that appears for users who are not logged in) shrunken down to just a dot cause there's no data in it.

    This is the code I'm talking about:
    Code:
    <table class="tborder" cellpadding="6" cellspacing="0" border="0" width="100%" align="center">
    <thead>

    </thead>
    </table><!-- <br /> -->

    If you remove that code completely from the logged in headers, it should fix the problem. Or, if you MUST have that there to preserve formatting, you can create a new style called "tinvisible" or something and remove any background or border colors from the table's style.

    [edit] yay, my 1000th post... finally! Man, now I'd really better be right on this one! :tongue: [/edit]

    Everything is always my fault. ;)

    Thanks for that Diesel, I'll PM Alien the changes that need to be made.

    Thanks too nootch, I hadn't noticed it. :)

    Just out of curiosity, did this ever get addressed? The problem hasn't been fixed to date, and is still occurring now that I've made the "upgrade" to Firefox 0.9.

    PS. I'm still seeing the dot originally mentioned in this thread in Firefox.

    Unfortunately I still cannot find what is causing it.. I cannot see it in latest IE or Mozilla and don't yet have Firefox installed... :( The code looks good.. Hmm.
