Both actually. Its created by the former lead developers of vbulletin, its actually much better than vbulletin.

I did programming at school

 

Creating this theme was pretty easy. I learned by myself. Im trying to improve on CSS.

 

CSS is my main problem, i'm a good programmer, but when it comes to design I fail
