There's nothin wrong with venting, and I really see this community being a good spot to hang out at, receive advice, meet new people, etc. Keep it up, your ambition for the forum is the best thing you have going.

Seems like a pretty novel idea and I'm sure you'll get some interest in the forums. I can imagine the work category getting pretty full; everyone likes a good whine about their bosses.

Not too fussed on the theme, but that's just personal preference.
