The one I liked the most is the FALSE registration mod. It has been marvelous ever since,no more bot registrants show up.
The most popular mod on my forum would be the SMF+G2 bridge I wrote, which integrates SMF with the popular Gallery2 photo gallery script, and adds some extra features to make it easier to post images from the gallery in the forum. My members love it.
