Out of ten rate your experience as an administrator, then rate out of ten based upon how enjoyable it has been and also how much stress out of ten it has been. My overall admin experience I would say is about 8 or 9. My enjoyment I would say a 10. Stress amount a 6.
It's a '10' for me. Being an administrator is a combination of a) fun, b) entertainment, and c) stress. All of these factors come into play at various times, often causing me to either pull out my hair or laugh. You need to love what you're doing - failure to do so will result in a community that, in the end, will most likely fail. I am truly passionate about what I do.
10 defo. I am in a ever changing e-world full of endless adventures, something new every day, learning new things, meeting new people, and just the plain joy of designing... I wouldn't change it.
Id say maybe about a 7 or 8. I still have a lot to learn, but i feel quite experienced in what i have already learnt. I think being admin is fun, its hard, but i enjoy it. I think most of my enjoyment comes from having such a fun community, and a lot of my members have a lot to offer, are very friendly and make new members feel welcome. I feel pleased to offer that to my members and potential members. Its something i dont think i have felt on any of the other parenting communities i have been a member of.
