Why don't you just ask "Mark.B" to let you renew his forum licence for him, you pay the cost to do it and then take it off his hands for free. After all, he said he won't be using XenForo forums anymore for talking, nor his his expired licence. Shoot him a PM and ask if he'll do that, would cost you much less than $70
I don't know why you need to speak for another member. If Mark (or anyone else) wants some sort of arrangement, he can surely say so.
