    Should be aware, you can apparently no longer transfer licences unless you're resident within the EU, in which case there's a $45 transfer fee.

    Since when?

    If that's the case it looks like a good business for someone in the UK. Act as middle man for a small fee.

    It's true, apparently it took effect upon the release of vBulletin 5 or shortly after. It hasn't been in effect long.

    I wonder what the license says about transfers when people bought vB4. It appears as if it's been modified with no warning, or permission. Something else that's just been shoved down the peoples throat.

    someone just emailed me about it on my vb sucks site, and I'm trying to get more official confirmation and news about it.

    It's official, vBulletin is no longer allowing transfers unless you're from the EU which costs you $45 to transfer.

    Can you please lock this thread & inform people about this policy, so they don't get scammed?
