Wordpress or blogger?

So, what software do you prefer - wordpress or blogger? Both blog systems are very popular, but more webmasters seem to use Wordpress - but as you can see, Twitter uses blogger for their blog system:

Also - do you know any people that run a wordpress blog? How about a blogger?

 

I prefer WordPress because I can host it myself and control everything, etc. despite it being bloated and a resource hog

 

I prefer WordPress as its a script and I can host it myself, and customize it myself, and not just that as Wordpress is a much better platform. I love what it has to offer, from the nice designs and mods.

 

Finding people who run Wordpress blogs is not hard just go to the website.....duh. I have one on blogger now but its junk....Wordpress is ok if all your going to do is blog but many use it as a CMS as well....Necleus is pretty good but its a pain in many ways.

 

I use tumblr.

 

this thread is not about which blog software/host you use, it's about if you would rather use Wordpress or use Blogger and if you know anyone using them...

 

I have to saw Wordpress, I love the styles and customisable features they have, I have seen some great looking wordpress sites. Blogger on the other hand tends to look more basic.

 

Yea thats why I prefer wordpress, as its more customizable, and there are many awesome styles to choose from.
