    We do server maintenance every week about the time you reported the trouble. The site is offline for a few minutes typically and I suspect this was the cause.

    No, it was offline for at least 8 hours.

    I don't know how long it was down for but it was for hours not minutes unfortunately, thank you @Janet H for keeping us informed.
