Recieved an email addressed to webmaster@forumname today from WebmastersKit.com. The premise is you sign up with them and they give you 5 links.

    From their site...

I've never used anything like this and I am leery about these kinds of things showing up in my in-box. Anyone heard of them or use them with any kind of positive result?

I'd be leery as well and probably wouldn't do it.

The fact that they e-mailed you rather than you coming to them is enough for me to deem it as "fishy".

    I'd not do it.

There were to many red flags for my liking as well. Just figured I'd bounce it around here to see if anyone had heard of it.

I keep getting the same emails, and wonder how good can they really be if they need to spam.

So it's a link farm? The emails make it sound like a legitimate service.
